At Innovative Field Services, we know how different a property looks in person vs on a computer screen, so to better educate our office staff, we take frequent ‘field trips’ to properties! We are able to assess the property from the viewpoint of our contractors – sights, sounds, SMELLS, and all (including frigid February temps!). Field training allows us to communicate what we need from our contractors in the field since we have a better understanding of what they experience on a day to day basis. It definitely makes us appreciate our contractors even more than we already do!
